This years speciality fine foods competition will be held at Butchery Excellence HQ on 20th September for its fifth year.  Judges this year will be Master Butcher Butcher Dave Lang, Chief Executive & Food Technologist Rhonda Montgomery and Special Guest Judge Liam McEvoy.  There are 13 categories this year with two new categories for minced chicken products sponsored by manor Farm and cocktail sausages which is a festive Christmas treat.

If you want to an All Ireland Champion and be in with a chance to get into the final of Butcher of The Year 2018/2019, then this is the competition for you.  This competition showcases your festive products, ready meals, desserts, curing, spiced beef and other great products in your shop.
