Chief Executive Officer
Rhonda founded Montgomery Food Consulting in 2010 when she identified a niche market for providing small and medium sized food manufacturers with technical interim services. The company has grown considerably over the last nine years, employing 4 staff, with the introduction of new sub divisions in the business: Butchery Excellence International, Montgomery Food Consulting, Gourmet Grub, Meat 2 Trade and Hospitality Excellence. Rhonda is a very focused individual, who goes out of her way to support and mentor her clients. She believes that business sustainability is key to her business and working closely with her stakeholders is of imperative importance to succeed in meeting her goals “meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.”
Junior Technical Adminstrator
Sara-Jayne is our new Junior Technical Adminsitrator at Butchery Excellence. She will be assisting Niamh Maguire with food labelling, food nutritions and completing general administration in the office and for events. Sara-Jayne is a sister of Rhonda’s and she works full-time for the company. She will be a permanent fixture in our office to answer all calls when Rhonda and Niamh are out of the office.
Technical Project / Label Compliance Manager
Niamh joined the company in 2013 as a placement student. On completion of her year placement, Rhonda offered Niamh a full-time position in the company with the option of completing her Bsc Hons degree in Food Design and Nutrition on a part time basis. Rhonda agreed to sponsor Niamh as she was given the same opportunity by a company many years ago. Niamh is responsible for servicing butchery excellence members to ensure they are compliant, collecting & standardising recipes and producing food labelling and nutritional information for our clients. Niamh has grown with the company over the past 6 years and has become a loyal, proactive and dedicated employee that looks after BEI members very well. Niamh is working on new exciting projects in the company ranging from developing our audit protocols to helping Rhonda with consultancy projects in the food manufacturing sector.
Moria Bell works for us a part-time food consultant. She is from Co.Antrim and has a wealth of experience, working in auditing positions within Tesco and other food companies. Moria is a part-time permanent consultant who works closely with the team at Butchery Excellence. She services Ulster, Donegal, Cavan and Monaghan.
