In conjunction with Food Ni and Invest NI kennedy bacon set up a stall in Borough Market in London.

They had a successful three days at the market alongside other northern irish producers.

It was a great venue to launch their new packaging. The new sleeves replace the old labels enabling our product to stand out on supermarket shelves.

A steady stream of customers visited our stall wishing to buy traditional bacon. Important features of our bacon include, thickness of slice, no added water and no phosphate, and of course not forgetting the delicious traditional flavour.

Because of the low water content our bacon freezes well . No shrinkage occurs whilst frying. All these qualities provide the consumer with a product which has little wastage

St Patrick’s Day was particularly successful for us with many customers wanting a truly Irish Bacon.
