Butcher of the Month – April
The butcher of the month is awarded to the butcher that achieves the highest scores during monthly audits.
An onsite audit is done at all of the registered members shops. The auditor observes practices, paperwork and cleaning of key pieces of equipment. This is done to determine whether the team has an understanding of company Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) procedures. And if they are being compliant.
