All Ireland Sausage, Burger & Pudding Champion 2019 Crowned
Clayton Moore from M & W Farm Meats was crowned the All Ireland Grand prix Champion for Sausages, Burger & Puddings rund by Butchery Excellence International. This is the fifth year this competition has established and it was judged by Sponsor Steve Derrick from Lucas Ingredients UK alongside Butchery Excellence Cheif Executive Rhonda Montgomery and Ambassador Chef Liam McEvoy.
Clayton won an accolade of awards at the event and come home with 4 1st place gold awards, a 2nd place award and two 3rd place awards. His entries were outstanding and they most certainly deserve their place to be awarded the ‘Best in Ireland’. M & W Farm Meats are the Best in Ireland by far and Conor Reynolds who works for Clayton is competing in Perth Australia on 8th April and is the favourite to bring home a Gold in the International Young Butchers Competition for Ireland.
The Butchery in Donaghmore and Eddie Walsh & Son’s Donegal were crowned All Ireland Grand Prix Runner-up Winners overall. Congratulations to all winners.
