We are hosting our first ever Irish Butchery Expo in September this year in the Four Seasons Hotel Monaghan. This event will geared completely towards butchers with a variety of Butcher specific exhibitors on show. Throughout the show we will be hosting Sausage Master Classes, Curing Classes, Cooking Demos and the Speciality Fine Foods awards. This will be a free event for butchers to attend and should be an excellent day out. Further details for visitors will be released in due course but for now we want to hear from exhibitors who wish to get a pitch at this lucrative event. There will be limited space for exhibitors and it will be first come first serve basis. We only want exhibitors who work with butchers on a daily basis and have something to offer the Irish butcher, as this show is here to help the local butcher.
